The center at 3284 N. Mulroy Road in Springfield will have 120 fueling positions and stock thousands of snack, meal and drink options including Texas barbecue, fudge, kolaches, Beaver nuggets, jerky and pastries. The chain, which launched a multistate expansion in 2019, recently broke ground on its first Colorado location, south of Denver.“Springfield is the birthplace of Route 66,” said Stan Beard, director of real estate for Buc-ee’s.
