Webster discussed different measures Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has taken on the border, saying they are on a “war footing” when it comes to litigation and have filed 11 lawsuits over border policies. “It [Arizona vs. U.S. ] is the biggest problem to states stepping in and stopping this invasion and stopping this illegal immigration,” Webster said.
