A woman who police say asked a man in West Jordan if she could test drive the car he was selling, was arrested in Tooele after driving for three hours and then breaking into a garage.
<p>TOOELE — A test drive turned into a three-hour kidnapping on Tuesday that started in West Jordan and ended in Tooele, according to police.
</p><p>&quot;The victim requested Emanoff to let them out several times but Emanoff would not,&quot; a police booking affidavit states.
