Industrial markets technology provider Teledyne Technologies TDY, -0.74% will acquire Xena Networks, which provides high-speed terabit ethernet validation, assurance and production test solutions.Teledyne Chief Executive Robert Mehrabian said Tuesday the acquisition will further establish its leadership in the protocol test market.
The acquisition is the latest disclosed by Teledyne since its acquisition of ChartWorld International, a provider of digital marine navigation hardware and software, in January. Terms of that deal also weren’t disclosed.
