FORMER Foreign Affairs secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. has been appointed as the President’s Special Envoy to the Republic of China for Special Concerns, the Presidential Communications Office announced Wednesday, August 16, 2023.
In August 2022, Locsin was designated by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. as the country’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
