The former couple won’t have to worry about child support or custody because they don’t have any children together. She does, however,The Halls didn’t have a prenuptial agreement in place, so the real estate agent requested “all property acquired during marriage, except those acquired by gift or bequest, to be equally divided,” including their Newport Beach, Calif. home.
