The report said that a Toyota Fortuner driven by Niño Arvin Binay Saculles was traversing along Old Maharlika highway at around 2:45 p.m. The lone fatality was Advincula who was about to cross the road when she was bumped off by the car and got stuck between the concrete electric post.
