David Spivey, 23, was wanted by Cleveland police on two counts of aggravated murder for the shooting deaths of Devonte King, 22, and Domenique King, 26. Members of the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force took Spivey into custody at residence in Houston. Spivey is accused of shooting the Kings at about 1:30 a.m. on July 30, 2020, as they sat in a vehicle on the 16100 block of Walden Avenue, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Police say Spivey walked up the vehicle while wearing a ski mask and opened fire.Police have not released information on a possible motive for the shooting.
