He said that crashes were on a decline before the pandemic, but traffic deaths and risky driving behavior have gone back up since 2020.that shows the number of drivers under the age of 20 involved in fatal crashes increased by 55%. It’s also recommending that parents give teens experience behind the wheel before sending them out this summer.
