The builder behind Hudson Yards is selling his Time Warner Center penthouse to live at his Far West side mega-project
Mega real-estate developer and Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross and his wife, jewelry designer Kara Ross, are listing their penthouse on the southwest corner of New York’s Central Park for $75 million.
The five bedroom, approximately 8,500-square-foot apartment sits atop the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle, according to the listing.
