. is entering a critical make-or-break campaign. Moore Jr. started all 17 regular-season contests for the Steelers in 2022. The former Texas A&M standout understands his starting job is in jeopardy.
Pro Football Focus credited Moore Jr. with allowing 7.0 sacks, which was tied for seventh-most across the league. Moore Jr. also allowed 39 pressures and 10 additional quarterback hits. And finally, Moore Jr. was whistled for 10 penalties en route to earning an overall grade of 62.4. Moore Jr. received first-team reps at left tackle throughout minicamp. The writing is on the wall, though. Jones wasn’t drafted with a top-15 pick to serve as a swing tackle. Jones is expected to replace Moore Jr. at left tackle this season.
