A circuit court judge has granted a preliminary injunction that will allow Missouri's only remaining abortion clinic to continue operations.
A circuit court judge on Monday granted a preliminary injunction that will allow Missouri's only remaining abortion clinic to continue operations.

State health officials had refused to renew the St. Louis clinic's license until doctors agree to interviews about what Gov. Mike Parson is calling"a series of deficiencies."
