Resilient NASA Green 14s preparing for this week’s Coast Region event

The two have a chance to play in Louisiana, but it will take a supreme effort this week to get there.Pony Baseball’s Coast Region Tournament, scheduled to take place this week, is taking shape and that shape will have a distinct Bay Area flavor to it.
But en route to battling Saturday’s summertime temperatures, NASA Green stamped its ticket to Coast Region with an 18-1 win over Crosby, followed by a 6-2 triumph over Huntsville, guaranteeing a berth among the top five teams. “Peyton was pitching really good and Grayson had two really clutch hits to score some critical runs. Hunter hit two inside-the-park home runs to left field. One was a grand slam, one was a three-run homer, I believe,” Maddox said.
