SpaceX is set to launch its Starship rocket from South Texas as soon as 4 p.m. Monday in what would be the firm’s quickest turnaround between test flights so far — and the first since CEO Elon Musk was named by President-elect Donald Trump to lead a government efficiency effort. The commercial space company announced plans for the sixth test flight just hours after Trump was reelected with help from Musk. A Monday launch would put it five weeks and a day after the fifth test launch on Oct. 13.
