South Dakota's Republican Governor, Kristi Noem, sounded off on Wednesday following the enactment of a new policy banning the use of TikTok by state agencies.

Republican governor tells 'Hannity' why the Chinese-owned app is a danger to U.S. security and should be examined.

Accessing the app will be a criminal offense, she said, adding TikTok poses a threat to the Mount Rushmore State and the personal data of all South Dakotans, and by extension, Americans. "It's so much worse. And they're our enemy. They hate us. This is why it's so important that other elected officials take action as well," she said.
