Lawmakers have brushed aside criticisms that President Marcos’ “Bagong Pilipinas” campaign is full of empty promises, saying the critics need only ask the people who benefitted from the billions in cash and livelihood aid programs of the Marcos administration.

BPSF is a one-stop-shop where hundreds of government services are available under one roof on a two-day event in one province. It has gone to 13 provinces already and the plan is to visit all 83 provinces of the Philippines.“There will always be people who will be happy with what you’re doing, but there will always be people who will be criticizing you. The important thing is, let’s say at the end of the year, let us assess and see if the people have felt the progress or not,” she said.
