Solon: Suspending public transport modernization program unfair to compliant co-ops

A lawmaker has called on President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos, Jr. to proceed with the implementation of the public transport modernization program , saying that suspending the program will unfairly punish compliant cooperatives.
