“[David Yurman] embodies timeless elegance, something that I’m trying to embody myself,” Richie Grainge said. The campaign, shot by British photographerat the Kellogg Doolittle estate in Joshua Tree, features the model in pared-back fashion and stacked jewelry. “I didn’t really understand the location until I started playing with the jewelry,” said Richie Grainge. “The Sculpted Cable pieces really made sense in that home.
With their designs, the Yurmans continue to push the boundaries of modern jewelry. Take the concept of mixed metals—often a stylistic taboo—which the brand has always embraced. “We’re a firm believer of mixing metals,” Evan said. “Titanium and gold, titanium and silver—it’s really just a palette to express it. It also helps to cover a large price range to let everyone in on the dream.” That’s an idea that Richie Grainge agreed on: “I’m super open. I love mixing all metals,” she said.
