After a break from the wet weather on Sunday, new rain systems began arriving in Southern California on Monday.
The rain should continue Tuesday and Wednesday - though it shouldn't be as heavy as last week's powerful storm - and then conditions will clear up by Thursday.A storm system will bring rain on Tuesday, up to half an inch in most areas, with temperatures in the 60s. A second system moves in Wednesday, bringing slightly heavier rainfall, possibly up to an inch in some areas.Mountain areas can expect up to a foot of snow over the two days at elevations over 5,000 feet.
