The upcoming Disney live-action remake of Snow White has received criticism from director David Hand's son.
In 2024, Disney will release Snow White, a live-action remake of their classic animated movie. The film will star Rachel Zegler as Snow White and Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen. The movie has garnered controversy over its decision to cast a Latina actress in the lead role and non-little people to play the characters who were dwarfs in the source material.said

It’s a disgrace [that the studio is] trying to do something new with something that was such a great success earlier. Their thoughts are just so radical now. They change the stories, they change the thought process of the characters. They’re making up new woke things and I’m just not into any of that.
