Separately, the DOE has a list of indicative LNG power plant projects from other aspiring LNG players. There are five gas plants currently in operation. Four of these are owned and operated by First Gen Corp. These are the 1,000MW Santa Rita, 500MW San Lorenzo, 414MW San Gabriel, and 97MW Avion. The fifth plant is the 1,200MW Ilijan of South Premier Power Corp. , which is another unit of San Miguel Global Power.
