MANILA, Philippines — Singer-actress Rita Daniela filed Acts of Lasciviousness against actor Archie Alemania who is her former co-star in the GMA primetime drama, 'Widow's War.' Daniela officially submitted her complaint at the Office of the Prosecutor in Bacoor City — where the actress lives — on Thursday.
MANILA, Philippines — Singer-actress Rita Daniela filed Acts of Lasciviousness against actor Archie Alemania who is her former co-star in the GMA primetime drama, 'Widow's War.' Daniela officially submitted her complaint at the Office of the Prosecutor in Bacoor City — where the actress lives — on Thursday.Daniela alleged in her complaint that the harassment began at the thanksgiving party hosted by Bea Alonzo in Quezon City early September.
Despite declining the offer at first, Daniela said Alemania was able to convince her, thinking that 'he was already sober and that he went back to his being an elder brother.' On their way to Cavite, Daniela recalled how Alemania started to touch her neck and shoulders, which she tried to avoid.Once they got to her home, Alemania allegedly forcibly kissed the actress after turning down his advances.'This did not deter respondent .
