Luzon and Visayas will continue to experience rainy weather on Friday due to the shear line and the northeast monsoon or amihan, PAGASA reported.
Bicol Region, Romblon, and Northern Samar will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the shear line with possible flooding or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon but with no significant impact. Northern Luzon, the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, and Eastern Visayas will experience strong wind speed moving northeastward with rough coastal waters.
