Former 'America's Got Talent' judge Sharon Osbourne remembers the show as a 'boys' club'

judge Sharon Osbourne is speaking out following Gabrielle Union's controversial exit from the show. The reality star discussed the topic during her series, “The boys take care of each other and the women are not paid as much as the men." She then went on to claim that Howie Mandel was hired and offered a private plane, while she would fly commercial to live auditions, among other perks he received.
“I don’t begrudge anyone earning what they earn, good for you, god bless you. But when my old ass has been there moving the show? And I get an American Airlines ticket and he’s in a private plane?” Osbourne added.
