Everything Shakira Has Shared Her Super Bowl 2020 Halftime Show Preparations
Shakira is not only an international pop star, actress, and entrepreneur, but she's also mom to 5-year-old Sasha and 7-year-old Milan. And she doesn't let her busy schedule keep her from hitting the gym. On January 16, Shakira geared up for her halftime performance by working out with Sasha and Milan by her side.
That's some multi-tasking right there!, Shakira's trainer Anne Kaiser said that the singer works out five days a week, alternating between strength training and cardio."I want to make sure that she is improving her endurance so that she can go into a two-hour show and also has the strength and stamina to make it through a five-month tour," Kaiser said. And of course, Shakira's hips don't lie.
