, the Dallas-based parent company of Maggiano’s and Chili’s restaurants, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said that female employees at a Prosper Chili’s were subjected to a “sexually hostile” work environment.
At both Chili’s locations, the restaurants failed to train teen employees on their anti-harassment policy and create a safe working environment, according to the lawsuits. They also “failed to take proper action when teens complained about sexual assaults” and “failed to conduct any onsite investigation.”that Brinker cannot comment on pending litigation, but provided a statement addressing the lawsuits.
