K-pop idol Jeonghan of the Korean boy group Seventeen began his mandatory military enlistment on Thursday, Sept. 26.
Ahead of his enlistment, the 28-year-old singer shared photos on Instagram for his fans to cherish during his temporary break from group activities. He also took to the fan community app Weverse to bid farewell to fans and the group’s fandom, known as CARATs. The “Beautiful Monster” singer further reassured fans of his well-being, saying, “Eat well and sleep well. I’ll be fine, so don’t worry! CARATs, be healthy and well, too, and let’s see each other again. I’ll come back well.”
