Entrepreneur Amanda Frances purchased the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star’s Bel Air, Calif., estate in January 2022 and gutted it.
In another video posted on Aug. 24, Frances showed two of her children with mini hammers attempting to take down a bathroom, walk-in closet and bedroom.The walk-in closet also received a makeover.The result, which has been dubbed the “Unicorn Princess Suite,” axed miniature black-and-white tiles from the bathroom and had them replaced with a mosaic look.
The bathroom storage area was also replaced with an updated baby pink piece and white countertop, and the shower was completely transformed into an updated shower-tub combination with subway tiles and brass fixtures as well as a planned glass door that hadn’t yet arrived at the time of Frances’ post.
The updated walk-in closet features what appear to be custom built-ins with plenty of storage and shelves for knickknacks.“.” Richards even told the self-described “thought leader” she had done a “beautiful job” on the renovations and wished her and her family a lifetime of “beautiful memories.”
