As musical guest, Clarkson took the stage to deliver her Chemistry ballad “Lighthouse,” with the singer accompanied only by a pianist, cellist and backup vocalist. Clarkson also joined Fallon to play a new game called “Back That Track Up,” where the two tried guess hit songs that are played backward. Clarkson, to put it nicely, struggled with the game, only managing to answer one song semi-correctly: The Killers’ “Mr. Brightside,” but after first guessing “Somebody Told Me.
