Southern Regional Police said Pay Kahi was last seen around 3:45 p.m. at the campground in New Freedom. that Kahi was at the camp for the day as a part of a Lancaster County church group that consisted of 40 children and six adults.Anyone who sees the boy should contact the police department by calling 911.
