“The encounters were brief and, fortunately, the victims were able to escape the assault by their own actions,” Grella wrote. He noted that the incidents involved “a combination of physical, verbal, and exposure-related advancements” towards the alleged victims. The suspect in both incidents is described as a Black male, between 5-foot-9 and six feet tall, with a slim build and weighing about 180 pounds.
