Sat, March 2nd 2024 at 7:51 AMarrested in San MarcosThe San Marcos Police Department said a call came in early Monday morning reporting an incident at a restaurant located between I-35 and Highway 123.
“Responding officers learned from restaurant staff that a man entered the restaurant and exposed himself,” the department said. “The restaurant staff also told officers that earlier that same evening, the subject entered the women's restroom while a teenage female was using the bathroom.”ALSO | Another call came in later reporting an incident from the previous evening. A resident told officers that a man knocked on their neighbor’s door around 10:40 p.m. and exposed himself. The entire incident was reportedly captured on surveillance video.“Our primary goal is always to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents,” Sergeant Michael Casillas.
Hardeman remains in the Hays County Jail on a $10,000 bond. He faces two charges of Indecent Exposure.
