Section 2 of the said ordinance states that the incentive will be given to all the personnel from PNP, BFP and BJMP, regardless of the status of employment in San Juan City government for at least six months, who have been recognized by their respective agencies for exemplary service. The selection of the grantees will be through nomination by the respective agencies accompanied by a letter of recommendation based on the following criteria:PNP-San Juan:– Best Non-Uniformed Personnel — P10,000– Best Male Dormitory Jail Officer — P25,000The selection process and awarding of the cash incentives will be done annually, and awardees will also be recognized during the Gabi ng Parangal, the annual celebration of Araw ng San Juan.
