SAN JOSE — A truck driver died from his injuries two days after he veered off the roadway into a median, crashing into a tree, according to authorities.
The crash was reported at about 6:10 a.m. Tuesday on South White Road near Quimby Road, according to a San Jose Police Department news release. A man driving a 2014 Ford F-150 truck was traveling south on White, just north of Quimby, when he left the roadway and veered into the median, colliding with a tree, police said. He was taken to a hospital, where he died Thursday.
