The popular East San Jose shop was held up at knifepoint in the middle of the night in August; the suspect group was also linked to a Willow Glen grocery burglary.
SAN JOSE — A man and three boys were arrested this week in connection with the August armed robbery of Peter’s Bakery, and one other man is still being sought, according to San Jose police.
Police said officers were called at about 1:20 a.m. that day to the bakery at 3108 Alum Rock Ave. for a robbery report. Security videoshows five people, all male, make their way inside the business wearing face masks and hooded sweatshirts covering their heads. The footage shows the group exiting about 90 seconds later, with one of them holding a cash box that they reportedly demanded from the employees. No one was injured, police said, adding that the group fled in a white BMW.
Brayan Perez Macias, 19, of San Jose, is being sought by police in connection with the Aug. 17, 2022 armed robbery of Peter’s Bakery.
