San Diego County men killed in separate incidents in Northern California prison [Breaking]
Two men convicted of unrelated murders in San Diego County in the 1990s were killed in separate incidents in the same prison Monday, state prison authorities said.
Stark’s body was found three days after the killing, wrapped in a comforter in a shallow grave in the Cleveland National Forest, north of Loveland Reservoir, in East County. Rushing ignored officers’ orders to stop. Chemical agents and less-lethal measures officers then used “had no effect,” the department said.
