– Spurs Sports and Entertainment is searching for six local, minority-owned restaurants to highlight during home games in the upcoming season.Culinary Residency program, the restaurants will collaborate with the Spurs and Aramark to sell dishes at a dedicated concession stand near the H-E-B Fan Zone.
During the last season, local restaurants The Beignet Stand, The Sweet Spot NBTX, Cakes by Felicia, Noodle Tree, Jamaica Jamaica, Singh’s Vietnamese and Kain Na Filipino Restaurant participated in the program. The program also includes professional development opportunities led by Spurs Sports and Entertainment.
