“I’m pleased that we are up there among the league leaders in the Western Conference,” San Antonio coach Alen Marcina said. “What I’m excited about is this group hasn’t reached its full potential.” Through the first 17 games, San Antonio has scored 31 goals and allowed 20. Sam Adeniran scored four during his loan spell at San Antonio before being recalled to St. Louis in the last week of June.
Defensively, San Antonio has gotten 34 saves and three clean sheets from starting goalkeeper Jordan Farr.
