A San Antonio-based apartment builder SWBC Real Estate LLC is building a 293-unit apartment community in West Fort Worth.
s targeting Fort Worth for its next North Texas project.
The developer’s 293-unit Royalton at Sienna Hills rental community will be in West Fort Worth near the intersection of Interstate 30 and Interstate 820. The project is being funded through a new SWBC real estate fund. “We are very excited to get The Royalton at Sienna Hills project underway,” SWBC’s Stuart Smith said in a statement. “This property is located in a strong rental market within a growing area of West Fort Worth. Additionally, the property is in close proximity to an abundance of retail centers, restaurants, numerous large employment centers, and at the intersection of two major U.S. interstates.”
