Russian billionaire Vladimir Potanin’s Interros group said on May 2 it had bought United Card Services, the Russian unit of U.S.-listed financial technology group Global Payments. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Interros bought a 35% stake in TCS Group Holding from the online banking group’s founder, businessman Oleg Tinkov, for an undisclosed sum, the companies said on April 28.
