"Nagkaroon tayo ng rally sa Cebu City, 'yun din 'yung tanong namin– tanong sa amin, bakit kahit may rally na kayong malaki, pinupuntahan niyo pa din 'yung malalayong lugar?" she added. Robredo said that the Cebu Development Plan presented to her by different sectoral organizations was aligned with her plans for the province.
