The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Rizal Provincial Statistical Office has opened Antipolo City’s first Civil Registry System (CRS) outlet as part of its efforts to streamline the issuance of documents to its citizens.
The Philippine Statistics Authority – Rizal Provincial Statistical Office has opened Antipolo City’s first Civil Registry System outlet as part of its efforts to streamline the issuance of documents to its citizens.
Ynares said that with the opening of the CRS outlet, residents of Antipolo will no longer need to go to other towns in Rizal to request for their personal documents such as birth, marriage, and death certificates. They can also request for certificate of no marriage from the outlet. The CRS-ITP2 will also include production of vital statistics and make the civil registry services available nationwide through the CRS outlets and other authorized partners.
