Rizal Provincial Governor Nina Ynares conferred the certificates and tokens to Lovely Inan and Prince Kiel Delos Santos at the Rizal Provincial Capitol.
Delos Santos, 15, brought home two gold and one silver medals for the weightlifting category during the International Weightlifting Federation - World Youth Championship in Albania. Inan, who often passed and stopped by to witness the activities held in the gym of famous weightlifting Coach Richard Pep Agosto, was urged to try the sport by Agosto himself.
