Bachmann, a former Alaska governor in the PBA, will fill in the shoes of Noli Eala, who has been serving the position since last August. Also known as “Dickie”, Bachmann is currently the basketball commissioner in the UAAP and the PBA 3×3 chairman. Sources also confirmed Cebu City Sports Commission Chief Edward Hayco has been named as one of the commissioners.He will join Bong Coo as one of the commissioners.
