A South Jersey man died in a fiery, one-vehicle crash early Friday, according to police in Atlantic County.

Temitayo O. Ali, 22, of Egg Harbor Township, was at the wheel of a car that struck a tree in the area of Hartford Drive and Zion Road in the township around 12:30 a.m., according to local police. Arriving township officers found the car engulfed in flames and could not approach the vehicle., police said.
