Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, R-N.Y., told Newsmax on Thursday that President Joe Biden's administration must "take swift action" to bring American citizens home from Israel after the outbreak of war with Hamas.
Malliotakis singled out the lack of action on the administration's part to get American citizens trapped in Israel back to the U.S. Malliotakis said that because many commercial flights are being canceled, "many other countries Germany, Poland, Mexico, Canada, they have sent either military aircraft or they've chartered commercial airlines to be able to get those citizens home. And I can't understand why the United States of America has not yet done this.
Malliotakis also criticized the United Nations Security Council for not issuing a statement that condemns Hamas and the attack as an act of terrorism.
