Rep. Judy Chu, D-Pasadena, and Isabella Casillas Guzman, head of the U.S. Small Business Administration, are set to visit Garvey Avenue in Monterey Park on Friday.
Following the Jan. 21 mass shooting at Star Ballroom Dance Studio, businesses along Garvey reported less foot traffic and fewer customers, especially during the usually lively new year.
