After the Texas Rangers and the Rains County and Hunt County sheriff’s offices recovered the remains, they were sent to the University of North Texas Center for Human Identification in Fort Worth for examination. Investigators have been waiting on the process of identifying the remains, and the DNA results were “recently obtained,” Hunt County authorities said Friday.
“I ask for the continued prayers for the Chambers family,” Hunt County Sheriff Terry Jones said in a written statement. “Mr. Chambers’ family have waited for answers for a long time, and I hope this brings some closure.”

Difference Makers use dance to create a path of success - KRLD Difference MakersFor almost 50 years the Dallas Black Theater Academy has been creating a path for success for students across North Texas. They're this week's KRLD DIfference Makers. Katricia Eaglan was only 14 when she saw dancers from the Dallas Black Theater. It opened her eyes. 'It was my first time seeing the company. That was my first time seeing dancers that looked like me, skintones, body type, dancing to music that I would be interested in dancing to,' Katricia said.
