I will readily admit that the Yankees are a better team than the Red Sox. Okay - a much better team right now, which mostly explains the Yankees four game sweep. Quite frankly, I thought that the Red Sox taking three of four from the Yankees last weekend was a bigger surprise. That series exposed the Yankees mediocre starting pitching staff. This weekend's Yankees sweep exposed a slumping Red Sox starting staff.
