A judge sentenced rapper Kodak Black, whose real name is Bill K. Kapri, to 46 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release
The 22-year-old, whose real name is Bill K. Kapri, pleaded guilty in August to making false written statements when trying to acquire firearms from a federally licensed firearms dealer.US District Judge Federico A. Moreno in Miami on Wednesday sentenced Kapri to 46 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. The maximum sentence could have been 10 years in prison.
"On both occasions, as Kapri then and there well knew, Kapri was, in truth and in fact, under indictment for a felony offense," the statement reads.
